Do I need a membership to play?
Booking a bay is for members only. Start with a week pass or a trial session — once you’re in, you book from your member hub and let yourself in 24/7.
I’ve never used a simulator. Is this for beginners?
Absolutely. The sims show you ball flight, distance, and swing data instantly — most beginners improve faster here than on a range. Your trial includes a five-minute walkthrough.
What does 24/7 access actually mean?
Exactly that. Your keycard opens the door any hour, any day. Book a bay from your phone, let yourself in at 6am or midnight.
Am I locked into anything?
No contracts, ever. Every pass and membership is a fixed window you pay for once — when it ends, renew or walk away.
